Personal Statement: I create jewelry with shaped beads and mixed media shadowboxes, journals, and sketchbooks with handpainted papers and recycled materials. My mixed media work is fueled by quotes from authors and a desire to express myself. I participate in challenges and competitions with my bead work, as well as creating pieces for sale.
