  • April 26 7:00-8:30pm

Granville Center for the Arts, 119 W Broadway, Granville, OH 43023, USA

Grammy-nominated Americana artists Thomm Jutz and Eric Brace return to the Granville Center for the Arts for a special live performance celebrating their stunning new album, Circle and Square—a deeply moving reflection on creativity, beauty, love, and friendship in a complicated world.

With masterful acoustic guitar interplay and timeless harmonies, they bring songs to life that feel both intimate and universal—stories of insomniacs and mill workers, astronauts and sailors, heartbreak and hope, and the quiet resilience of everyday life.

Their last album, Simple Motion, reached #1 on the Folk DJ chart in March 2024 and earned multiple "Best of the Year" honors.

In a time that often feels divided, Thomm and Eric offer something rare and powerful: an evening of music that reminds us how deeply we're all connected.

Is it Freddie? Through the miracle of genetics and extraordinary musical talent, Marc Martel possesses one of the most remarkable vocal gifts in modern music—he sounds exactly like Queen's legendary frontman, Freddie Mercury. When Hollywood needed someone to help bring Freddie's voice to life in the Oscar-winning film "Bohemian Rhapsody," they turned to Marc. His contributions to the film's vocal performances helped create movie magic, though he prefers to let his live performances do the talking. This isn't just a tribute show—it's a masterclass in vocal artistry. Marc's three-octave range, pellucid tone, and operatic quality transport audiences straight back to Queen's glory days. From the anthemic power of "We Are the Champions" to the tender vulnerability of "Somebody to Love," every note honors Freddie's legacy while showcasing Marc's exceptional talent. A former Christian rock artist turned viral sensation, Marc discovered his uncanny resemblance to Freddie's voice almost by accident. Since then, he's toured 14 countries, performing for thousands who crave the Queen experience. International audiences spontaneously perform the traditional "Radio Ga Ga" arm movements, while American crowds discover why Queen's catalog remains timeless.

Black Jacket Symphony performs every note of The Wall with precision and passion. From the haunting opening of "In the Flesh?" to the cathartic finale of "Outside the Wall," this is The Wall as intended—fully realized, emotionally raw, and undeniably powerful. Why The Wall Still Matters Nearly 45 years after its release, The Wall remains startlingly relevant. It's an album about disconnection in a hyper-connected age, about the walls we build to protect ourselves, about the cost of creating distance. It's angry and introspective, bombastic and vulnerable. It asks hard questions and refuses easy answers. Roger Waters' lyrics cut deep. David Gilmour's guitar soars. The production—monumental in scope—surrounds you.

Appalachian Swing was formed in 2021, the result of a show performed by Adam Schlenker, Hayes Griffith, Todd Sams, and George Welling. Adam and Hayes were hosting a monthly series of Americana concerts, each with a different theme and cast of musicians, at a club in Columbus. One such show featured the music of the Kentucky Colonels, a short-lived but highly influential southern California bluegrass band led by brothers Roland and Clarence White.

That concert was so much fun and so musically rewarding that the guys decided to form a band and carry things forward. Taking its name from the Kentucky Colonels’ landmark second album, Appalachian Swing took a somewhat unusual approach to repertoire by deciding to focus almost exclusively on the music of the Colonels, as well as various auxiliary projects by the White brothers.
