Personal Statement: “Capturing the beauty of God’s creation Painting is my way of experiencing God’s creation and drawing closer to it. Each time I stand before a scene, I want to pause, take it in fully, and translate its unique beauty into paint. Working outdoors, directly on site, allows me to capture the immediacy of the moment—the shifting light, the play of shadow, and the atmosphere that gives each place its spirit. Immersing myself in nature not only rewards me with its beauty but also challenges me as an artist, pushing me to see more deeply and respond with honesty and wonder.”
